City offices will be closing today, January 12 at 3:00 p.m. due to inclement weather. City offices will also be closed on Monday, January 15 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 16, at 8:00 a.m.!

Road Closure Update: N. 40th St. will continue to be closed to thru traffic through mid-February, pending any delays. *Note: local resident and business traffic only, please use caution in construction zones.*

If you have carts from Waste Management, please email bins@springdalear.gov and include: - Name - Address - Phone number The city has recently learned that Waste Management does not have an up-to-date internal record of trash carts and locations, which has made the collection process inconvenient to some of our residents. The city has given Waste Management until December 31st, 2023 (10 days) to complete collection. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the transition period.

Mayor Doug Sprouse and other Northwest Arkansas Mayors and Judges are participating in the 4th Annual Red Kettle Campaign Mayor's Challenge today, December 8th. The challenge is a friendly competition to see who can raise the most money for The Salvation Army’s annual Red Kettle Campaign by ringing bells outside local stores. Mayor Sprouse will be ringing the bell from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Walmart, located at 4870 Elm Springs Road! Stop by, say hello, and please help support our friends at The Salvation Army.
