City Employees had a Chili cook-off for Fun Friday the last Friday in October.
We had 15 entries, and the winning categories got a certificate and a picture with the Mayor.

Road Closure: Emma Ave and Johnson Ave from Main St to Spring St, along with a portion of Mill St will be closed Saturday November 2nd from 7am to 9pm for a cultural festival.

City Hall had a Pink Out Fun Friday on 10/18 to support Breast Cancer Awareness.
ROAD CLOSURE: Shady Grove Road will be closed to thru traffic and completely closed at the railroad crossing beginning Monday October 28th at 6am. The Arkansas-Missouri Railroad will be making improvements at the crossing. Shady Grove will remain closed until work is completed; at this time, we do not know when that will be. We will make updates as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience at this time.

Please be aware that we are receiving reports from customers that individuals are coming to their homes to check their water. They are NOT associated with Springdale Water Utilities. We will NEVER ask to go into your home to check or test your water. If the person does not show you an actual Springdale Water Utilities name badge and is not wearing a Springdale Water Utilities shirt or driving a vehicle with a Springdale Water Utilities logo on the door, they are not employed with Springdale Water Utilities.
Road Closure: A portion of S Zion St, South of the Zion/Brown intersection and North of the Zion/Knight intersection will be closed to thru traffic from October 15th to October 18th for installation of a water transmission line.

Lane Closure Notice: There will be lane shift for a bridge expansion on 40th Street, just south of Delmon Lane, lasting from 10/14/24 to 11/25/24, weather permitting. Access will still be maintained in both directions, please see graphic for more information.
Road Closure: W Center Ave from N Pleasant St to Kansas St will be closed October 11 from 5pm to 10pm for the Springdale High vs Har-Ber football game.
ROAD CLOSURE: W Center and W Price St between Main and Church, along with Church St will be closed Friday October 11, 2024, from 9am to 3:30pm for an event with the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History.

NOTICE: Construction crews will begin work to repair and overlay the Lake Springdale Trail on Monday 10/7. The work is anticipated to take two weeks, excluding any delays.
Lake Springdale will be closed for fishing while the construction is ongoing. We ask that you please respect barricades and signage and avoid active construction areas.
The Razorback Greenway will not be affected by the closures. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as this work is completed.
Road Closure Update: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the road closure on Park St between Emma and Meadow will be extended. It will be closed from 7am - 5pm each day until Saturday October 5th. Thank you for your continued patience. See detour map below.
