IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM SPRINGDALE WATER UTILITIES - PLEASE READ! "We have received reports of door hangers being left on residentsā€™ doors. SWU is NOT affiliated with these companies. You are not required to have your water tested. This may be offered to you as a free service, but solicitors often seek to sell you an expensive whole-house water treatment system or other unnecessary products. We do not recommend giving them money or any personal information. Please be aware that we are receiving reports from customers that individuals are coming to their homes to check their water. They are NOT associated with Springdale Water Utilities. We will NEVER ask to go into your home to check or test your water. If the person does not show you an actual Springdale Water Utilities name badge and is not wearing a Springdale Water Utilities shirt or driving a vehicle with a Springdale Water Utilities logo on the door, they are not employed with Springdale Water Utilities. Additionally, many people pose as utility workers to commit crimes. This link will take you to a recent report of a crime: https://lawandcrime.com/.../were-checking-for-gas-leaks.../ Please call 479-751-5751 if in doubt."
