SPRINGDALE, ARKANSAS — July 5, 2024- On Friday, July 5, 2024, the Mayor made an
executive decision to allow residents to continue to discharge fireworks though Friday, July 5,
2024 until 10:00 p.m., due to the inclement weather that moved through the area late last night.


Per Springdale, Arkansas City Ordinance, “…all legal fireworks, except aerial fireworks that
travel on a stick, may be discharged on private property between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
10:00 p.m. on July 1st through July 4th of any year, provided that the owner of the private
property consents to such discharge of the fireworks”. Please note, all fireworks discharged
after 10:00 p.m. are subject to penalties.
