Springdale, Ark - Today, Mayor Sprouse and other city officials joined Springdale Parks and Recreation and the Springdale Chamber of Commerce as they cut the ribbon for the grand reopening of the playground at Murphy Park. This new, all-inclusive playground was made possible thanks to a grant awarded to Springdale Parks and Recreation through the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism, and Springdale City Council support.
Murphy Park is the oldest park in Springdale, Arkansas, centrally located in the heart of the city. We are grateful that residents will continue to make memories at this park for years to come.
