PROFESSIONAL PROCUREMENT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR PURCHASES AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
The City of Springdale Administration invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for procurement consulting services for purchases and improvement projects in the City of Springdale.
Professional Procurement Consulting services include providing consultation on various purchases and prepare requests for proposals (RFP), specifications, and estimates approved by the City and other regulatory agencies for one or more project; prepare specifications for projects to include, but not limited to, furniture, turf, lighting, scoreboards, vehicles, electronics, building materials, equipment, and preparation of bid package, bid tabulation, periodic inspection of construction, review of drawings and estimates for payment. The SOQ’s will be used for selection of procurement consultants for projects beginning in 2023.
Three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) or one (1) electronic copy of the SOQs should be addressed as follows:
