Status: Construction

Description: This project will include street widening of Watkins to three lanes (2 lanes across the bridge) from Gene George Boulevard to 48th Street.  This project will include sidewalk and 10 foot trail improvements with a two-span bowstring truss bridge across I-49.  Total approximate length: 0.5 miles

Estimated Date of Completion: Q1, 2026

Current Contract Amount: Will update when a construction contract is awarded.
