
A Better Bird, a photo exhibit on the history of the poultry industry in Northwest Arkansas, opens Tuesday, December 15 at the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History. From backyard flocks to vast broiler houses, A Better Bird takes a look at how chickens have changed the nature and economy of the region. The exhibit will be on view through June 12, 2021.
The Shiloh Museum is located at 118 W. Johnson Avenue in downtown Springdale. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to noon each Thursday for high risk guests.
