Public Library Board
The Public Library Board was established in 1953 and is a Board of Trustees that governs the Springdale Public Library.
The duties of the Board include setting policy and providing oversight of the library and its funds, hiring librarians and staff, and maintaining the library grounds.

There are seven members who are appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council. Board members serve five-year terms.
If you would like to apply to serve on this board, please complete an application. Applicants must be registered to vote in Springdale. If there is not currently an opening on this board, please feel free to submit an application, and you will be notified once a position becomes available.
