Springdale Municipal Airport Regional Detention
This project includes constructing an approximately 10 acre detention facility for the purposes of flood control in Spring Creek, and installing 70 LF of box culvert for storm drainage.

56th South Phase II
The overall 56th Street South project includes extending Gene George Boulevard from the existing roundabout at Don Tyson Parkway south to Johnson Mill Boulevard in the City of Johnson.
Phase 2 will incorporate the same amenities while providing a roundabout connection to New Hope Road (approximately 0.45 miles of boulevard and 0.25 miles of New Hope extension).
56th South Phase III
Phase 3 will have the same amenities with a connection to Johnson Mill Boulevard (approximately 0.4 miles of boulevard).
Don Tyson Parkway West
This project will extend Don Tyson Parkway as a four lane boulevard from the Gene George roundabout to Highway 112. This project will include a landscaped median, sidewalk, a 10 foot sidepath, and a connection into the 64th Street Phase 2 project. The city is also planning for ArDOT to connect Don Tyson with the Highway 112 roundabout. Total approximate length: 0.8 miles
