Springdale Parks and Recreation presents summer movie series

Aquatic Center Dive-In Movies (1)

The City of Springdale’s Parks and Recreation Department will host a summer movie series at Murphy Park and the Springdale Aquatic Center. These events are free and open to the public, and popcorn and drinks will be provided. All the movies are provided by Swank Productions. First Security Bank is the Title Sponsor for the Dive-In Movies and Movie in the Park series.


Here is the current schedule of events:


Dive-In Movies at the Aquatic Center

Springdale Aquatic Center is located at 1100 Watson Dr.

June 2 - Little Mermaid

July 14 - Finding Dory

Gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the movie starts at dusk (about 8:30 p.m.). Attendees can bring clear or transparent floats only.


Movie in Murphy

Murphy Park is located at 501 S. Pleasant St.

June 30 - Lego Batman

Movie starts at dusk (about 8:30 p.m.).


Additionally, there will be another movie night this summer held in conjunction with National Night Out, hosted by the Springdale Police Department.
