Beginner's Yoga

Classes offered at the Springdale Recreation Center in the Aerobics Room. Classes held Tuesdays 12:15-1 p.m., Wednesdays 12:15-1 p.m. and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. FIRST CLASS FREE. Following first free class, Springdale Recreation Center Membership is required to participate. 

Only $5 per class. Or $40 for 10 classes. Or $75 for 20 classes.

Generation Pound for Kids

Two FREE Pound Fitness classes will be offered during the Christmas break! Classes will be held at the Springdale Recreation Center from 2:00-2:45 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27th and Thursday, Jan. 3rd. Spots are filling up fast!! Call the Recreation Center at (479) 750-8185 or visit the front desk at 600 Ash St. to reserve your spot.

Premier Cheer & Tumbling
